Air Compressor Skid with 2 cylinder Gardner-Denver (Model APOGAA ) compressor. The compressor will produce 272 CFM (462 m³/hr) at 1072 RPM. Air compressor skid to be complete with a Caterpillar C4.4 tier-3 diesel engine (with radiator, fan, air cleaner, electric start, and emergency kill system), compressor air inlet filters, moisture separator, automatic drain, 9.5 Cu. Ft. air receiver tank, air to air after-cooler with 12 volt fan, and belt guards. Compressed air outlet to be fitted with one (1) 3 inch Kamlock and check valve. All equipment will be mounted on an I-beam skid base with four point lift frame. Complete with sandblast and four coat paint system of a single color.

The unit features a CAT C4.4 (Tier 3 Emission Compliant) diesel engine with an optional spark arrestor. Large service doors provide easy access to the fuel tank, engine, compressor, air filters and tool storage compartment. Rear service panels provide access to side-by-side compressor fluid cooler, engine air cooler and engine radiator. 0% - 100% capacity control with pneumatic inlet valve and unloaded starting. The unit incorporates a shutdown system & annunciation module for high compressor temperature, high engine coolant temperature, low engine oil pressure, engine underspeed and low fuel shutdown. The unit will produce 375 CFM at a rated pressure of 100 psig and has a pressure range of 80 – 125 psig. The unit weighs 4980 lbs.
